Got the grill off ebay for $120. The only ended up costing like 15 bucks. But soooo much work IMO. Scraping all the old permaseal off. Took me two sundays to do.

LED reverse light from Vleds. Its a license plate frame with Cree LEDs built in. Very bright. I paid $35 when it was on sale.

How hard was it to glue the headlight back together? I really want to do this.

Was the install difficult? Im guessing you need to do some splicing and what not right?

No part of this is really hard, physically. But its pretty mentally taxing. You're literrally putting your headlight in the oven and cranking up the heat. It's stressful. Then when thats over and you have the lens off, youre sitting there for 1.5-2 hours scrubbing and scratching all of the old permaseal off. Sealing it back up is probably one of the easiest steps. There's a really good how-to on this forum for it. But be wary. I warped a little bit of one of my reflectors. You can't notice it unless I pointed it out to you and you got up real close. But still sort of irked me.

All in all I'm glad I did it. But never again. Those things are on there til the car dies. Or I win the lottery and buy those badass Halo's.

Very easy. Stick the frame on. Run the wiring to the tail light and then splice into the reverse light wires. I've installed 3. I love them.
