Intake makes a good gain. Cold Air Intake gains claim 11 HP. FS Werks and K&N make the best in my opinion. I have a Cosworth but they are no longer available.

For California cars K&N makes one that is 50 state legal for more $ than some others. I'm going to start with a stealth and take it through a smog check that doesn't get reported to the state. Yes, that kind of test is legal.

Y'all aren't worried about hydro locking the motor with the FSWERKS CAI? Looks like it sits really low. Im be scared of puddles in the road.

There is a splash guard under the car that protects the intake filter. And if you want added protection you can put a hydro shield over the filter. Do not fear hydrolock... you would have to completely submerge the front of your car under water and at that point you will have alot more to worry about than hydrolock lol

I have the AIRAID CAI, which uses the OEM cold air snorkel, I did see a noticeable gain when coupled with the Autolite AR 103 sparkplugs.

I've got the K&N Typhoon intake on mine and haven't had any problems with heat soak or water getting in it.

Steeda intake creates an amazing noise and a decent bump for the seat of your pants. The fit and finish on mine wasn't the best though. I ended up swapping it for a FS CAI and never looked back.
