Is the price of the coilovers worth the cost? Or are lowering springs a better choice? I've heard that coilovers give a harsher ride and are a lot more expensive. But I want to do the best upgrades, I dont want to be cheap.

Thats a good price for coilovers isn't it? I usually see them for $1k+ and thats just way out of my price range at the moment. What springs are you looking into on the price?

VMAXX also carries lowering springs, I expect them to be around the same price as the mainstream ones. around $200., a member on here already has a set of the Vmaxx coilovers. examples on my site. www.rebeldevil.com Price on site is different, but Im giving you the Discounted FF price.

What is the drop approx. for the VMAXX springs? Have you used lowering springs on your car?

I have a set of FRPP springs to go on mine once the weather warms up, alont with a set of Front ST struts, and Koni rears. according to the site, the springs they should carry, one set lowers 25mm, and another set lowers 35mm. The Coilovers lower in a range of 30-70mm front and 30-60mm rear

I would love to be able to go with the coilovers then. I want a pretty low ride height. Now I just gotta get some cash. You definitely know your stuff! Thanks for your help.

What is your current list of mods? I'm trying to figure out some things to do to my Focus. Currently I have the lunchbox delete, a drop in filter with the cover removed. I am thinking about new headers, just researching up on those. I want to do the MS3 Rear motor mount.
