Given a choice between the Shelby Focus and an STI I'd take the Subie. Not only would I get more HP for my money, but AWD. The fancy dancy graphics and cheap seats aren't worth the extra cost imo.

Even the dual clutch transmission isn't as bad as a few people having issues would like to claim. However the ST is only available with a 6 speed manual gearbox which hasn't been known to have any issues in the Mondeo or Foci models installed with this gearbox over the years in Europe.

I really like the looks and upgrades but TRULY not worth the extra money! Then again since Carroll Shelby's passing and limited production #'s of the Shelby Focus ST it may be worth some $ 20 years from now.

$15K is WAY too much for the limited upgrades.

Anyone have any idea how many Shelby ST's will be produced?
