MK3 rear clunk question...working on the car now!!

My problem is as follows...
I installed my coilovers a few months ago, I had a slight clunk in the rear suspension with my stock springs/shocks, but it got noticeably louder with the coilovers. I know that the coilovers aren't the problem, but today while I was taking the rears off of the car, I noticed where the clunk is coming from. The driver's side rear swaybar mount, the upper part that mounts to the arm, is loose. It's loose to the point that I can push up on the sway bar mount and see the bolt moving up and down.

I've tried putting a socket on the bolt to tighten it down, but all it does is spin freely and I can neither tighten or loosen it. How the hell do I tighten up that bolt? I'm fairly certain that it is not supposed to be loose...

Some pics of the problem...

Here you can see the driver rear suspension assembly, shock, strut, sway bar mount...I can push upwards on the bottom of that mount and the mount moves...

The mount moves because this little guy isn't tighten down all the way...

So how do I tighten that bolt up and hopefully stop the clunking?

Emanuel

Never mind, I had a brain fart moment guys...all that was needed was an allen key. Hopefully that will cure the clunking...
