Well you go and get yourself 1 can VHT Nightshade from lets say NAPA, or O'Reilly's, as well as a can of clear coat, some wet/dry sand paper the muti pack that comes with a few different grits.
1st Remove what ever you want to tint, clean them in soapy water and let them air dry.
2nd Sand them with the wet sand lower number grit to rough up the surface, then wipe it off with a dry clean rag.
3rd Spray your first LIGHT coat of VHT, wait 7 minutes, spray another LIGHT coat, wait 10 minutes and spray a pretty decent amount (not enough to make it run), wait 10 minutes and add a fourth coat light if you want them lighter, heavy if you want them dark. Wait 10 minutes apply clear coat in medium coats waiting 5 minutes between coats. 3 coats of clear should do ya.
4th Wait till everything is dry……..wait a few more minutes just to make sure…… Now you can do one of two things, You can install them here and be done with it OR you can buffer and polish them to make them glossy. I would recommend Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound.
I have done several vehicles this way and they all are still good looking, some people will say not to put clear coat on them it doesn’t matter really, Good luck.
