What wire do I splice into to wire Morimoto angel eyes?

I have a 2002 zx3. I have ordered the side emitting LED strip, and the morimoto XBLED angel eyes. I want to wire them to my parking lights, so what wire do I splice into to hook them up, and also where could I ground the two? The turn/parking lights are located in my grill.
