The part must be so rare that only a few are made so it's exclusive no matter what. If the part is still being made then he is depriving a company of potential sales, which would be pretty low.

Put whatever "exclusive" wheels and audio systems you want on your Focus...redo your headliner with plaid. Hell, do it with solid gold if you want.
