My dads one of the top 5 painters/body men in southern california according to westways magizine and is A+ sherwinn williams certified and I-Car certified instructor, he does amazing work and he was ball parking, the wing i had was very wavy and needed alot of work, if the wing was just ready to paint aka just need scuff prime and paint it be between 100-150 as you were quoted. Cheap quotes dont always mean good work.
