erratic speedometer and missing?!

hey guys i got an 01 focus with the 2.0 zetech this past august. recently it threw a check engine light for a #4 cylinder miss. it does not do it all the time but when it does my speedometer will jump up an undetermined number. does anyone have any ideas on this. has an AEM intake and recent tune up if it matters.
