Has any one retrofitted their headlights using a Morimoto Mini H1 kit?

I just bought me a complete retrofit kit from TRS. Mini H1 projectors, XB35 5000K bulbs, XBLED white angel eyes, and the Audi style LED side emitting strip. I have one question before the kit comes in, and I begin to do the retrofit.

Will I need to make the hole bigger to slide in the projector, or is it already big enough? I have a 2002 ZX3 focus.

You have to bake and break your headlights open. You cannot simply "slide" the projector in to your OEM light. TRS also sells re-sealing kits for your headlights, you should get one of those as well.

I know that man, LOL. I know you have to bake them. I got the resealing glue with my purchase. Every thing I need. I was talking about the hole that you put the halogen bulb in. Will the projector mounting shaft fit right in, or do I have to widen it out a bit?

it has a h4/hb2 adapter plate that sits on it, and creates a perfect seal. I was talking to the guys there for almost a month about getting one, then the money I thought I had coming didn't so I had to back out. the hole is fine, you just put the projector in from the front of the housing, then on the back the adapter, rubber washer, and lock nut all go on and you're basically ready to reseal lol
