Seat Brackets for an 08 Focus?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, I'm still trying to find my way around but here goes. The stock seats in my 08 Focus are uncomfortable, I hate it, my passengers hate it. So I found some nice looking Cypher racing seats ($72 a piece new part# CPA1016FBK-R). However, I'm having a heck of a time trying to find some brackets for it or someone who will make them. Any advice?

You need to take a few minutes of your time & read where & what goes. A mod. will move this to the right spot so it can be answered. By the way=to.

Thanks for the welcome. I did read what lists were available, only other place I'd put it would be Focus General car chat, but it's not a general topic, it's specific to my vehicle and position. And it's def not Gen Tech.

Thanks, thought MK2 was some sort of Focus Model I was unaware of.

The biggest issue here is lack of side air bags.

Without the factory seats, I think your airbag light will always be on if you replace the seats.

It sucks, I know. I desperately want new seats. I find the dentist's chair more comfortable...

You know it, those seats are terrible for everyone, short or tall.
I figured there's gotta be a way to reprogram a chip or adjust something so the light goes away and the airbags will deploy when needed. Or am I mistaken?

search around for seat brackets for any year 00-11 focus brackets. i had weapon r brackets in mine. they were about $80 for the pair when I bought them (that was in '06).

my question though is do you really think a $72 seat is gonna be any more comfortable? that is extremely cheap for any seats
