Getting new struts . What are my options on springs?

This is the strut kit im getting , http://www.shopcapaldiracing.com/col...hock-strut-kit

Now what different springs can I get , im interested in both low and not so low , just whatever will perform the best really? Also are there any other things I could do at the same time? Maybe some poly bushings?

If you're stock coil springs aren't broken, just clean them, paint them and re-install. No need to replace.

So are you saying there is no improvment with these in handling vs stock ? Why wouldnt I upgrade ?

If you aren't going to be any help, don't even bother posting. He wants to upgrade to SVT shocks/struts and simply wants to know what springs will be matched with them. It's his car and his money. Why does it matter to you what he does with it? You want to keep you car stock, go for it. He obviously doesn't. Deal with it or leave. The point is that there's nothing wrong with the stock springs and there's no point in wasting money replacing them when they work just fine. Just because there are aftermarket parts available doesn't automatically make them better than the stock parts and this is a prime example. Ta da!

Well those shocks are designed for the SVT/FRPP springs and spring rates. Go with a lower/stiffer spring and they will not last as long and/or possibly not perform as well. If those are the same shocks/struts that get paired to FRPP's springs that lower the car 1.5", then that is what spring i would be checking out. If you cant find those then, look to a 1.5" drop from a spring thats not super stiff.

They are I believe. But those springs only say .5 drop . Is that accurate

That damper kit will take a 1.5'' lowering springs w/o issues. FRPP's has 1.5'' springs for the '06-'11 cars.
