They had a concept car, but it wasn't a viable proposition or they would have gone further to make it work. My guess was that they realized they couldn't get more power out of the supercharger than the turbocharger on the ST. SVT's headquarters/ office in Allen Park is located at a Roush facility, and therefore Roush does a lot of their development work in their garage for Ford and SVT. There is enough room for differentiation between the Mustang Boss 302, GT500 and the Roush Stage 1-3 Mustangs, however there likely wasn't enough room for the ST and the Roush Supercharged Focus.
