MFT Issues

MFT was working perfectly until last week. If I place a call from my BB it'll ring a couple of times then hang up. If I'm parked with the car idling with the radio on and attempt a call on the BB and activate the BB instead of the bluetooth, I'm able to complete the call but the radio still plays. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, is there a solution? This started once the system did it's automatic update.

No updates to MFT are automatic. They can only be done off of a USB drive by the owner or dealer. If you can provide more detail/explanation maybe someone can help. By automatic, are you saying you saw the "performing scheduled maintenance" screen? If so, that is really not an update or scheduled maintenance. It is a crash/reboot of the system. If that is the case, the first thing I would try is deleting your BB from the car and deleting Sync from your BB, re-pairing, and see from there. If no luck, post back.
