electrical issues?

I recently upgraded to Mach headlights in my 03 FSVT. A week or so ago as I'm driving at night and switch to my brights the radio cuts off, a few gauge lights come on and then the radio is back on. Also it seems like my gauge lights are flickering a little (they never complete go black). It goes away by it self in a day or so. What is this? Is it a ground issue? I have no other problems and not sure it has anything to do with the Mach's.

Any ideas?

Bump! Still having issues. I was looking for the "big 3" ground how-to but can not find it. Anyone got a link?
