Encouraging people to take their car in to a dealership so that they can be told everything is "normal" DOESN'T REALLY HELP.

Just saying...

My hands are tied unless you go to a Ford dealer, Strix.

Mine will be tied, too, in handcuffs, if I'm told again that my obviously messed up car is "normal". I'll be leaving the service department not in my Focus, but in the back of a police car.

Please don't consider this a threat, but rather a plain statement about my level of frustration. I have serious doubts about my own ability to contain myself if I have my time wasted and my intelligence insulted _yet again._

For what it's worth, I e-mailed the dealership that I purchased the car from last night... and did not hear back from them today. Typical Ford dealership customer service.

Id rather help in every way I can to keep from you getting arrested. Little would make me happier than to see your concern taken care of.
