For Sale: 2005 Focus ST - 78K miles - dark grey

Hey guys, my name is tony and unfortunately I may have to sell my focus due to a growing family. It currently has about 78k miles and will continue to go up due to it being my DD. The car runs great and I have not had a problem in the 2 years I have owned it. It is currently all stock with the exception of a Steeda SRI. I also have the aux cable hooked up which is a plus!

Unfortunately it does need a bit of maintenance, but nothing too costly. It simply needs new brakes, new spark plugs, and a reverse light switch. If you are handy then it shouldn't cost more than $200 to fix, but I am not sure what Ford would charge to fix the reverse light switch.

I figured with what I've seen on this site and other sites, $7000 is a fair price. I am located in southwest Florida, and about 2 hours south of Tampa and 2 hours west of Miami. I would be willing to meet someone half way if needed to.

I will be moving back to IL in June, so if it is still for sale come June, the car will be available in IL

So this was our 2005 ST as of yesterday. Hoping the drunk driver that hit my daughter has insurance, will find out shortly. She loved that car and wants another, so we may be interested.

If I didn't need a truck so badly I would buy this and keep it a DD and tear into my '07 ST for a boost build.

I actually may be moving back up to IL in June due to the mrs. being pregnant and getting a job in IL. So the car will be available in IL starting in June. I will be making the long drive in this focus and since my friend who is a mechanic lives in IL, I may be able to have that reverse light switch fixed along with the brakes. I will also be sure he checks for any other issues that may be hidden.

Well, not really oK- broken Femur, both knees damaged and required 3 hrs of srugery, some cuts and bruises. She has a bunch of rehab to look forward to. She was hit by a Blazer, he was going about 50mph at time of impact, she was down to about 30mph.

He is in jail- 2nd dwi, no license, fled the scene, etc. Cops said she was actually pretty lucky to get out of it and they were amazed how well the car held up, considering.

I am very glad she is alive! :) Rehab kinda sucks but its waaaay better than the oft lethal alternatives...
