there is someone on here that has used the megan racing springs and seems happy with them. you're not gonna find coilovers in that price range unless you go with a well loved set (new set will run $1k +). least expensive option for springs and dampers is the frpp (ford racing) setup. drops about 1.5" from stock and better dampers for it. that usually runs about $300 plus shipping from Tousley Ford.
