High strength fishing line. I recommend using gloves (so the wire doesn't cut into your skin) and just pull the line behind the badge and it should cut the adhesive. Then you want to take sticker remover or even buffing compound will work to get the glue off the paint.

I used dental floss (don't use fine floss) and a heat gun. The heat gun works great and makes the floss cut through like butter.
Use goo gone to get rid of the excess glue left on the trunk

Nope.

Heat up badge with hair dryer, use floss and sea saw away. Heat up as needed. Peel off the remaining adhesive, heat as needed. Use a little glue gone on a towel to remove any residue. Apply wax.

Edit: raf beat me to it

That looks awesome. Where did you get the tip? Is it bolt on or welded?

I got the tip from Auto Zone actually, I just made sure it was a stainless steel one. I cut the tip off the old exhaust (it points down) so that it was sticking straight out and I bought an extension that fit on top of the existing pipe perfectly and bolted the tip on the extension. I also took a dremel tool and cut out a little bit of the valance so the tip looks like it was meant to be there.

Here is how my phone is mounted. The wire comes out from where pen is pointing at. Connected to glove box. The phone mount was inspired from life hacker.
