Exhaust heat shields, catalytic converter brackets, throwout bearing...what kind of rattle is it, how long does it last etc?

if im around 5 on the rpms or higher it makes the noice when i let off the gas, but when i hit the clutch it still doese it. but as soon as i get back on the gas its gone. i removed the head sheild over the headers and wraped them, that what i though it was.

I would look at the cat bracket, like mentioned above. A lot of people, including myself, have just taken them completely off. they crack and then they can rub and rattle at specific RPM's. Its an easy, free thing to try.
