^^^ just ask if it will have an impact on your premium. $5 more a month for 3 years = $180. so you would be paying $680... price it out. If your insurance does go up because of a claim my bet is in the long run it may still be cheaper to pay for your self. Their are 4 Foci at the Tare-a-Part junk yard, might have a good bumper for far less than $500.

I dont like that they provide absolutely no more vehicle information other than make model and year. They dont have Vin numbers on records or the trim level or even some sort of unique vehicle ID#. I am not sure if the 2005 or 2003 they have listed is new or they just happen to get the old one out of their yard as they got a new 2005. They wont let you run out quickly to check to see if it even is a different vehicle. They take you for the $1 door charge and just laugh when 4 min later you walk out with nothing... To bad satellite images are not updated on a daily or weekly basis...

i really like the ED F2 bumper but i dont know how hard it would be to get the turn signals and front fogs for it at least it dont look tuner to me not that tuner is bad just not my cup of tea

So I ended up FUBAR'ing the oil pan when doing the weld of the oil pan. Got the pan way to hot and it just broke into prices and also warped the lip that mates to the windage tray. At the last breakfast we had I can't remember your name... sorry really bad with names... but someone said they had a spare oil pan for the Zetec? Is this still true? Or does any one know who has one? Need to pick up a new bung and take it to a professional to weld a bung in.

what were you using, self shield flux?

No, as usually I could not leave stuff enough alone. I had it welded with a MIG with Argon. But dome of the areas were a little difficult and the weld was not that good looking of a weld. I have a oxygen acetylene torch at home and it was recommended to me to reflow some of the welds. Apparently I way overheated the pan vs the bung and had fracture cracks in the pan. I tried fixing those but must have been to hot again because they just got bigger and now I have gaping holes. the only way to fix it now is JB weld and I want to do this right....
