Finally some nice weather today in good ol' Pittsburgh!

Grabbed a couple of pics of the focus today. Dirty, needs a good wash.




I painted the door inserts, but they came out reallllyyyy maroon. Not sure how I feel about them painted like that. Thinking about using some CF vinyl and wrapping them to match the radio bezel. Either that or color matching it as close as I can to the seat colors. Once I figure out what color I want, I'm gonna do the bezels for the air vents the same.



Also sorry for the crappy iPhone pics. I'm getting a good camera soon!

Same thing happened to my brake calipers. I wanted. Nice Ford blue. Almost navy to match my seats. Lets just say they are brighter than I wanted. Lol.

I know the weather can mess with the paint color a little bit. Were you using a spray enamel or a painting kit?

It was a spray can. It was sunny and 70 when I did it. Whatever. Thy look better than the chipped/scratched way they were when I bought it.

I think the carbon fiber wraped handles from Starfuryt550 will look great in your car ;) With some black door inserts or your can wrap them.

Yeah, I saw that he had all of that, but my buddy already has some CF wrap so I'll give it a try first. Then after I mess it up, I'll order from him.
