i had someone tell me once that it was safer to run the power through the door jam than the firewall. don't remember what the reason why was.

one of the funniest ones i ever saw was at bby. a big body caprice came in with two 12's in the trunk. no amp, they just tapped them on to the rear speaker leads and then zip tied to basket to the trunk lid supports to keep them in place.

I've had so many people argue that with me too. Morons

There were so many things wrong with those 12's!! No amp. Full signal. Zip tied. Free air. And to top it all off... big body Caprice...classic ghetto car and set up
