That's not possible. As I have explained numerous times, driving my 'normal' car puts me in the foulest of moods.

It bounces, clunks, and vibrates. These are all normal conditions according to the Ford dealerships I've been to.

And again I say that my car had none of these problems until Hines Park Ford did shoddy work on it. I suppose I should just sue their incompetent asses already... because I'm going to get the same old "it's normal" song and dance from every Ford dealership I go to. You'll make sure of that, won't you? ;)

If I'm told again that the OBVIOUS PROBLEMS with my car are "normal", I'll end up doing what this guy did:

I suspect that is exactly what is happening.
If only our cars were Toyotas, then we could blame the gas pedal I am glad someone agrees with me that something fishy is going on here. When I brought up the fact that the 2013 drove worlds better the guy even said there was an entirely different transmission in them. At that point I was just done because he was lying to me, I hate liars

Oh I don't think I am going to need another source with all of the videos and stuff that I have! They have messed with the wrath of a consumer who isnt going to put up with them

Edit : Actually I may cite this thread!

I drove an hour to the "better" dealer and will have to drive an hour back only to pick up my obviously faulty car. (If my warranty was up they would be saying something different ) I am pretty sure Strix like me does not like wasting time and honestly thats what the dealers are doing. Ford is ultimately to blame because Ford certifies the dealers to service our cars, they should hold them to a high standard.

I agree. I have been saying all along that Hines Park Ford is directly responsible for the problems with my car because the bulk of these problems did not exist until they worked on it.

You would think that Ford would be all in their face, like "why are you screwing up our customer's cars!?!?" but instead they seem to be "It's OK that you completely ruined this poor guy's car... and don't worry, we'll make sure all the other dealerships tell him that everything is normal".

Its all normal until your warranty is up then its something "serious" and is a safety issue etc. After all its completely normal that my cars transmission goes out of gear randomly and makes me unable to accelerate,

You just don't understand how special your car's transmission is.

Did you know it has two clutches and six speeds and is controlled by a computer?

LOL

Yeah!!!! It makes it save so much gas (yeah right I get 24 MPG, my V6 did better) and drive super sporty!!! "Its one of the only cars to use one"....besides all of the VAG products that use them and never have issues.
