I didn't read all the posts before mine, but couple things i gotta say from experience is that what your looking for can't be done cheap..... so you can just put that outta your mind. When hot roding a car, the performance parts are unbelievably expensive, and since car building/hot roding is not an exact science yet.... things tend to get broken or break.

Clutch wise i would suggest going with spec clutch, but for anything within that power band, and for that many miles your not going to find a new clutch/flywheel/slave cylinder combo for anything under 800.

I would give you my oil pump, but its currently still on my engine sitting in an junk yard.

For a wastegate, i would go with the turbonetics evo. Heard its capable of 400 with right spring on pump gas.

For the grip issue, you can always load your suspension to make it heavier in the front, i think cfm makes a couple traction bars thatll help with that.

Other than that cant say anything for fuel or wheels.
