Exactly! I've had mine on since the beginning of the summer. It holds up well, haven't had to replace any strip yet. It's seen a couple long cross country drives, too. Makes the front look so much better.

Mine's been on a year and still no issues. A couple small dings from rocks but you'd never know from >3 feet away.

I agree and you should just purchase some nice bright red wheel locking lugs. That would be a nice cheap upgrade to complement the grill.

Really impressed with how this turned out! When I first started applying it I was nervous that it would look tacky but it looks really great In fact my it took my friends awhile to work out what had changed and they didn't realize until I told them that I did it with tape. They were really impressed with how it turned out and said that Ford should offer this from the factory

Below are some pictures that I took of it. Thank you all for posting your pictures that motivated me to give it a try

Most definitely, it looks really good on your focus too. Thank you for posting the picture of yours, it really helped to see what other people had done.

This mod is a must. Preferably silver striping.

That's what this forum is all about!

This is a more recent photo. I saw a plain SGM front end the other day, looked naked without the striping!

I was wondering what it would look like with my body color so I grabbed some 1/8 pin stripe in white today.I went to my coffee spot and and did a little test(I didnt even have scissors I just tore the tape and slapped it on so lets keep the laughter to a minimum shall we )anyway the 1/8 pops like crazy, not sure what to think...I'll try more later when its warm but right now its looking like a fail.Thought I'd post it and save someone else the time and $5
