Plasti Dip as a base coat

Well I've heard a lot of controversy in this thread about whether or not one could use Plasti Dip aerosol as a base coat to paint onto and peel off if you didn't like the outcome of the color choice. Basically, I took a very high end spray paint and wanted to test this theory out for myself, since a lot of the everyday brands of paint seemed to have mixed results I wanted to see if a high end paint would work.

Here is a link to a website to purchase this paint as well as the company's website:

Here is a video showing you my results with a couple different colors of this brand of paint:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WlyL...Qpgkjw&index=1

Basically the results I found were that with at least 5 coats of black or white Plasti Dip it will work with this particular paint as a base coat and will not eat through the Dip and peels off very easily.

I did my daughter's Accord last year. The roof was the hardest part to do. It has a CF hood and trunk.

my fun
Has anyone tried this on an gen 1.5? I can imagine how it looks, and thought I'd ask before trying to run down to the store and try it myself.

I think this looks awesome, reminds me of Paralli Jones' mustang back in the day.
