I'd try at least 2 and if they didn't take care of it. I'd be on the phone hourly whining to somebody in Dearborn, not on here. If I had the issues you claim to have.

It's been to four and it's still not fixed.

Also, way to suggest I'm just making this shit up... "issues you claim to have" LOL!

Because if your car works OK, and your dealership is good, those of us with broken cars (excuse me, claiming to have broken cars) and claiming to have had crappy dealership experiences are liars? Really?

Because if we REALLY had problems, we'd be calling Dearborn hourly, AMIRITE?!

Have you tried Bill Brown Ford in Livonia? They have a reputable service department there IMO

Strix is right on the money, my 2013 Titanium drives like I am towing a 10 ton weight behind it, with grinding and hesitation that makes driving it about as fun as chewing broken glass.

Today was probably the worst day I had with the car, my commute to and from work was painful and I found myself more and more wondering why I bought this car.

It's going back in for the 2nd time very soon, not only for DCT issues, but defective interior components and a new paint defect on the door that amazes me that it made it past Ford QC paint inspection.

I must be a fool because I sure feel like one at this point.

Mine was in the shop again today.

And all they did was reprogram the ECU/TCU, as usual.

Put it in 6th gear select shift (so it won't downshift) and that sucker feels like it takes 15+ seconds to accelerate from 50 MPH to 60 MPH, WITH MY FOOT TO THE FLOOR.

No surprise on the PCM/TCM reprogramming.

But even if I put it in SelecShift, if I floor it, mine will auto-downshift. I think it's a good safety feature if you forget to shift (after all, it is an automatic) in cases of emergencies.
