Are You Truly Happy With Your New Focus?

I really like my 2013 Focus ST3. My only issue is with the updating of the Sync and Nav system. I need to perform an update but I am having difficulty getting the download off the Sync Site.

The car runs great, I am getting about 27 mpg using premium and in the small amount of snow we have had in St. Louis the Focus with winter tires has been a good driver.

Only, things I wish it had are:

• a Heads up Display
• Touch Sync had a hard drive you could save songs to, like my girl friends 2012 Ford Escape

and I wish that Ford rebates were good for the ST so I would have gotten a better price.

I sent you a PM as well. The call was honestly a waste of my and the gentleman's time. He was very good costumer service wise but really had no way to help me other than suggesting I take it back to the dealer. I appreciate you trying though

Can't say I "love" my Focus....
Too many little problems. This car has been to the dealer more times in the 10 1/2 months I have owned it, than my previous car did in 10 years

If the Ford "Quality" was really that .......

Purchased: June '12
Miles - 17,500

Overall, I'd say 8/10. I had to compromise a bit & go with better MPG's due to my insane drive to work. I wish I would have had time to find a manual but it wasn't in the cards.

My only need would be for AWD (of course I would lose MPG's). There were 2 small snow storms this past month & I was not overly impressed with the car's performance in the snow. Too light & it needs better tires. I also wish there was a TC button.
