Sony Stereo

So I just picked up my new ST3 on Tuesday. I had a 2012 Ti sendan before that with the Sony stereo in it. The stereo in the ST sounds so much better! The door panels dont vibrate, and the bass is so much heavier! I dont even have the bass turned up all the way and its still almost too much. It also goes much louder without distorting. Does anyone know if there were any upgrades to the Sony system in the last year or something ST specific?

not to sure but it is nice having separate tweeters and mids in all doors on the ST.

Congrats on the ST. Not sure if there was an upgrade for the stereo. If you haven't already done so, do the polyfill mod for the subwoofer.

My 2013 SE sounds pretty damned good as well. I'm betting either an amp tune-up or hardware change.
