They're very simple 168 LED bulbs. I think the reason they are so dark is because they are somewhat directional. I would advise getting some that are either Cree or multi-LED. This is similar to what I got.

Yeah I know the bulb size...was curious as to the specifics as I know they come in different "styles". Thanks

well the mirror breaking is completely my fault, i tilted the mirror downwards today and used a flat tip screwdriver to pry a couple clips off, it was really simple, i just pulled "gently" last night

I had the same problem turbosleepa. I had to replace my passenger-side mirror after I spider-webbed mine. Not a huge deal, just sucked.

If you hate spiders I'd recommend doing this over the winter lol. Seems every spring on every car I'd had...there's always that web on the mirror. Wash the car, spray in the mirror. Web is back the next day! CURSES!
