It went flawless, like I said, my service manager was more than willing to help me because he said he wanted to make things right for me. Got the headlamps swapped out today, both of them brand new.

Like in the manual, I had a "large water droplets, drip marks or streaks present on the interior of the lens". I took plenty of pics, don't have any on my comp to upload at the moment. It was just a typical warranty process where I dropped off the car, it sat in the queue, they took pictures of the problem and sent them along to Ford for warranty replacement approval. It was easier is my situation I guess if you have a great service guy taking care of you wanting to get things replaced when you present a clear problem.

That's good to hear. I'll keep ya posted. Gonna wait it off till the next time it does it to take more pics to show for proof

Can that be caused by a problem with the vent hole,could it be blocked?

One of my 4Runner headlamps had an issue with condensation and the vent tube got mud over the hole and that was what was causing my fogging.

I had this issue once, but it was only on the drivers side and wasnt too terrible. Hasn't happened again though.
