It went flawless, like I said, my service manager was more than willing to help me because he said he wanted to make things right for me. Got the headlamps swapped out today, both of them brand new.
Like in the manual, I had a "large water droplets, drip marks or streaks present on the interior of the lens". I took plenty of pics, don't have any on my comp to upload at the moment. It was just a typical warranty process where I dropped off the car, it sat in the queue, they took pictures of the problem and sent them along to Ford for warranty replacement approval. It was easier is my situation I guess if you have a great service guy taking care of you wanting to get things replaced when you present a clear problem.
