it was already in and i think that is why i am having issues finding the problem,but after work today ill post a pic of the crank and youll see how the threads for the second idle pulley doesnt have the same road grime build up as the casing around it they are shiny like i lost an idler somewhere ,pic coming soon ,i know we are beating a dead horse here but i just want clarification if i do indeed have the cougar zetec or focus zetec

but i did find this when i searched my vin it has a bunch of info on what is done to it

so i came to the conclusion that if i had lost the bottom idler pulley i would be able to put the other one on with the esslinger pulley still on, which i couldnt, so i didnt use it , but after the new idle valve gasket and intake gaskets as well as the timing kit it does rev up a lot better but if i let it sit for a minute and try and rev it ,it will stutter in the low rpm range and then catch up ,so i think i can drive it up to see zxthrizzle in a week or two and get a datalogg i just dont have a laptop or wideband ......

ok so with it running rich i assume the oil getting dirty quicker is carbon and maybe a lil bit of gas , wouldnt gas dilute oil, its only about 800 miles old its 10w30 mobile synthetic ,should i change it ?

I use 10w30 as well. I might have an extra. Wideband sensor but not the gauge. But don't quote me on that since I'm not at home to check
