If you buy a LC6i then it creates the remote wire for you(= I already had mine but when my LC6i comes in Wednesday it has that feature, along with creating flawless output signal for my amp!

Yes and that is fine with just a sub amp. That is how mine has been since August of 2010 lol with a cheap PAC35 LOC. Now that I added a 4 channel amp as well as the mono amp, a much cleaner signal is needed. The distortion is not nearly as audible with a sub as it is when you go to a high quality component system off of a 4 channel.

I will once I clean up the wiring, I have quite a bit of extra wire laying back there because I didn't want to cut the power wire and so on because it 2ga and it isn't the cheapest lol
