I royally messed up the last set of headlights I put in the oven. One of the lenses melted a little and both of them ended up looking etched really bad. That oven may have run hotter than it should though.
It should only be on warm which is maybe 250 degrees.

Also Chickenmuffin did this with a heat gun, which wont heat the entire lens. Here is his writeup:
