2013 Focus SE Hatchback vs Seda

Essentially I bought a sedan for the trunk, which I actually like having. Plus, sedan version is about 3k less then the HB version.

Um on what planet is the Sedan $3000 less than the hatchback? At most the price difference on the sticker is $1000 for 2013 MY.

Unless of course the dealer was willing to take a bath on a particular sedan because it wasn't selling yet.

I believe this planet is earth. The HB model i saw was 28k titanium. The sedan was 24k with same features. Hence I got the sedan. Even saved some more money with the xplan.

Maybe they really screw up prices in PA. I can find the window stickers of the cars I looked at if you'd like.

You need to find the window stickers, there is no way at all that they were identically equipped unless one was a 2012 vs a 2013.

The maximum price difference between identical sedan vs hatch models is $1000 per the order guide for 2013.

I've done my research, even though I have my 2012 already.

Even the basic ford build and price page lists both the sedan and hatch TI as being only $1000 apart for the base model.

So if the one was $3000 apart then the Hatch had to have been fully loaded and the sedan a basic Titanium.

Good point. Considering their design chief is from Audi, thats a HUGE complement, especially with the plethora of other newly styled compacts flooding the market now. Everyone, even Consumer Reports who bashed the Focus hard, has been unanimous in saying the focus looks sharp

and do you mean from the drivers seat, the interior layout? if so, then yea I love that of this gen Focus
