I tried doing this a couple months back but was trying to put the light on the card shining at the speakers. The light never shined on the speaker right; you could either see the lights or it wouldn't light up the whole speaker and leave funny shadows. This was the first time I tried putting the lights on the speaker itself which is probably what I should have done in the first place.

Where are all your switches for these?

All the blue floor/speaker lighting is on that one switch I posted about a few months back which is located above the DS footwell. All other switched are on the center console. I don't have a picture of them yet because I'm waiting to wrap the console, but it's 7 switches on the console and I'm using 4 right now.

On either side of the ebrake handle? I like the switches there, i used to have 2 there, but now only one. But i need some lighting to add! Another question, what kind of power wire can i run up to the grille? I have 14g stuff, but it's pretty expensive and a very heavy guage for this application.

depending on the amount of lights and what you use, any wire should be pretty much ok.
i have a buddy that used speaker wire for his and no issues.

I'm using 18-20g wire for all my non-audio wiring. As Daniel said, LED's take so little power that it really doesn't matter what wire you run, but the more flexible it is, the easier it will be to string through the car.

After two days of fighting, I can finally declare victory on the duel color PS power window switch.

Two white bulbs and one blue in the middle. I know they aren't sitting very nice but there is no room within the switch so they just had to sit where they could.

BTW. The blue doesn't look like baby blue in person. It's much darker with more purple.
