Shark fin third brake/antenna?
Hey there guys, i was wondering if anyone knows if there is a Shark fin antenna that also has a third brake light? I plan on shaving my trunk, including removing the existing third brake and was hoping for a shark fin. I don't even know if you can get a shark fin third brake? any advice would be super :) If no such thing exists, where would you guys recommend moving it?

i haven't heard of anything like that, but i'm sure if you get one with some extra space in it you could mount some red led's in the back of it to use. not sure how legal it would be though.

you could always get a 3rd brake from a car that has is in the rear window and fab that to go in yours. if your windows are tinted then you won't really see it from the outside until you hit the brake.

I always thought that the third brake lights look great.
Opinions, opinions.
Like Kipp said, move it to the rear window - might look good there. I've never see a shark fin with a brake light on it either.

Where would you go about buying a functioning shark fin antena?.. or if I were to buy a hollow fin, how would you go about turning it into a functioning antena?

I believe a member purchased one from http://www.visualgarage.com/ and it was everything he was looking for. There's also the eBay route, which if you don't want it to be your antenna, and more just for looks, might be the cheapest option.

Well, thinking about it... It probably wouldnt be very legal... The window idea was my next thought.. Or even do what some trucks do... Have a red strip below the tailgate as a third brake?

I do like the looks of it, i just want a clean shaved trunk lid... would make people guess and wonder what my car is, you know? :)
