I think that looks quite good. I have been a big fan of black on yellow since I put black wheels on mt 2012 YBTC Titanium. This takes it a bit farther with the black stripes, black hood and other blacked out stuff on the Tangerine Scream paint. 300 hp is pretty good in a road (not track) car of this type too.

The 300hp has not been confirmed, Japlonik is claiming the power output remains stock.

Well those seats look like they may fit some of the folks that complained the ST's recaros were too tight. I like the exhaust and dont mind the hood. Stiffer/lower springs is nice but the rest of the car is sort of mehh

Would rather have the normal seats, although I'm sure some wouldn't. Exhaust can be bought and put on yourself cheaper, and I think I would like that hood if it wasn't black. Really, with this car, your paying for the name. You could have a modified ST that performs better, cheaper.

Hopefully Autoweek has the right numbers for horsepower (300) otherwise it is quite an expensive dress up job. It's still probably expensive even with 300 HP. I guess for $15000 and a run limited to 500 a year they think people will buy them as collector's items or something.

Shelby is not the same Shelby. The quotes on his ChryCo work are incorrect. Both GLH-S models had over 200 hp, not 175. 175hp was the output of the non-intercooled turbo engine available on the Shelby Charger, Dodge Daytona, and Omni GLH. The inter-cooled versions of rare cars were much more powerful.

I would expect some sort of increased power output for my $15k. If this is all Shelby has to offer, then I imagine we won't see much more of them within 10 years of CS's death. The SuperSnake has already been trounced by less powerful and more easily attainable Camaros, and it will continue to be trounced unless they start experimenting with magnetic damping systems. Even if it can match the handling with stiffer springs and dampers, it won't be able to match the ride.
