I have the same drone-like humming noise in my 2012 FF titanium hatchback and am sick and tired of visiting dealerships here in Canada numerous times for rattles, clunks, shudders and whines. Did Ford actually come out with a TSB for the 55MPH oscillating whine and did anyone finally get rid of the noise.... for good? Was it the bearings and was there a "new" bearing issued compared to the old originals. Any further information would be appreciated as in Canada we do not have lemon laws and we are at the mercy of the dealerships being told everything they must do or they do the wrong thing 10 times before it is fixed.... thanks in advance.

Hey jimmyt,

I reviewed the case notes, and engineering is actively working to resolve the bearing noise. Please keep in contact with your dealership, and let them know if the symptom changes. I truly appreciate the patience you have shown.

Iím the Ford rep on this board now, Kevin_agar; Natasha has moved to Facebook. Iím unable to discuss or publicly release information surrounding TSBs. I highly recommend getting in contact with one of the awesome Ford Canada agents at 1-800-565-3673 for help.
