Turbo Turtle looking for a Donor Zetec

Turbo Turtle Fabrications is looking for a donor car to make a new Zetec turbo kit

If anyone is interested and lives in or close to Al give him a call , I have seen some of his Fab work and would like to see him do a turbo kit as there isnt a good one on the market right now

looking to build a much more affordable kit than other high hp kits as well. i see no reason for some one to have to spend 5-7k on a kit b/c that is 2x's what most focus's are worth.

the first kit will be built and installed for only what the parts cost me. you just have be willing to let the car stay in my shop while the kit and jigs are being built.

also looking to do a duratec kit as well so either will work

i have a zx3 that i already have a turbo kit for but if you want to try and do one for a SVT we might be able to work something out if you can give me a ballpark of what you think its going to run. gotta get the SVT put back together first though. or heck i might throw the kit i already have on the SVT and let you have the zx3 if you think your kit will be more efficient than the one i have since im planning on shooting for somewhere in the neighborhood of 450whp on pump gas in the future with the zx3

yeah i would be glad to build a kit for either the svt or zetec. my plan is to have two options for my kit. one that doesnt compromise any thing and will require cutting and battery relocation to fit the charge piping but has the best path for flow. another for those that dont want to cut on the car. im not going to have a price difference in the two kits.

the price of the kit will depend on the turbo, wg, and bov you would like me to use. i am just a fabricator and not an authorized dealer of any parts so i will use what ever you prefer. my only requirement for my first kit will be that the turbo is a t3 inlet and t3 4 bolt outlet b/c you can get most all turbos in that combination. and the wg must be external either 2 bolt 38mm or vband 44mm.

450whp is no problem

Why not do v-band on the down pipe , most all turbos come that way now ????

i can do that. v band or 4 bolt. im just trying to make it as cost effective as possible and vbands are not at all lol

What I was doing is buying the good v-bands 2 halfs and clamps 40.00 , welding them to the turbo housing and going that rought much much cheaper then buying the v-band exh housings and just a s good

until im an authorized dealer i dont think i will be buying the turbo since it will just cost the customer more than them just buying the turbo them selves. b/c of me having to tax on the whole product price which include a turbo that i paid full price for

tell ya what. shoot me a pm of how much you think this thing is going to run and ill go ahead and get in the market for turbo, WG, and BOV. actually the only thing im going to need is going to be the turbo i think. i may end up driving both the zx3 and SVT down and bring my existing turbo kit with me as well, look over my kit and both vehicles with you and see if we can decide which car should get which kit.

what kind of time frame are you looking to do this in?
