New MFT screens released!

......but not for the Focus.

The C-Max and Fusion Energi models have new screens added to MFT.

There's a new icon next to the Home and Settings icons that has leaves on it. Press that icon and you get a screen to program when to charge the vehicle and what interior temp to precondition for, battery charge level, etc. Another screen is a graphic that illustrates the car and shows where the energy is flowing to/from, such as battery to powertrain or brakes to battery, etc.

Plug-in Hybrid Screen Information

Press the “EV Info” icon to select from the
Power Flow and Charge Settings screens.

» The Charge Settings screen lets you
schedule charging and GO times,
schedule conditioning times, view your
charge status and more.

» The Power Flow screen shows energy
flow information.

We’ll be working on the SYNC Owner site!

Please note: SYNC Owner will NOT be available beginning
Sunday, January 13, 2013 7:00 PM to Sunday, January 13, 2013 11:00 PM (EST).

We apologize for this inconvenience.
I hope they are adding a page to order those new NAV cards for 3.5.1...

I know we have some rudimentary steering wheel control over things like streaming music apps that reside on our phones and I've only given a cursory glance at some of the articles about Ford's visions for app integration into Applink but it seems like some of their ideas for non-music apps would require Applink. Doesn't seem like they could be controlled, even in a basic form, simply running off the phone. Again though, haven't looked into it that much.
Everyone should tweet to Julius Marchwiki, the AppLink Global Product Manager on twitter. I just did! Tweet to @idamaster or https://twitter.com/idamaster

I've had 3.5.1 for several weeks now;
In a nutshell, I like it. It's not perfect by any stretch
but it's a good move forward and overall more stable.

Expect to receive your sd card within 2-3 business days.
Should I install it today and just wait for the card to arrive?!

It became part of my daily routine to check. Getting to the dealer is such a hassle.

I like the fact that we should "Expect to receive your sd card within 2-3 business days."

Do a master reset immediately before installing and immediately upon completion of the install. Mine was all sorts of messed up when I got it back from the dealer, I did a master reset the next day and it was much better (I also did one in the dealership parking lot before I handed the car over to them prior to the install).

Will do - just in case.

EDIT: My computer is taking like... 2 hours to download this. Should I be worried? Should I restart it? (It's at 53% and I started it an hour ago)
