I THINK I've seen it. I had looked at Yellow Bug Eye a while back for sale in Riverview, I feel it's the same car. Believe the wheels are some form of aftermarket in dark metal grey?

Yes! A short bald asian dude drives it around! Lol! I really want to get an 04 wrx wagon as a winter beater and a fun car! Ive always loved the 04-05 headlights! And I cant afford 06 and up ones yet!
