Terrible noise

So a few weeks ago i had to get to my fuses so you remove the panel under the steering wheel and then you pull the cover off... well after i put it all back togther the panel under the steering wheel is loose and vibrates while driving... if you put some pressure on it it stops for a while... any one have any ideas how i could stop this?

I would remove it again to make sure any mounting tabs aren't broken.

For the clips that clip into place spread them so they clip in tighter. Make sure the "hinges" towards the bottom go in correctly.
