Block and Cylinder Head

Whats up guys. Im new here. I bought a 2003 Focus Se VIN P from my buddy that was having trouble with his engine for 400$ and figured ill make a profit out of it. After buying it i read up on problems before i tore it out and found that the valve seals like to fall into the cylinder head and cause a little damage. Well this is exactly what happened with this car and the piston is blown into pieces and the cylinder head aswell as the block are destroyed. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to of where i could buy these. I searched ebay but i dont find the right vin and when i do its the crappiest looking block ever.

If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I hate to be the person that says this because I've done the same thing with other cars, but the engine makes this one a bad car to flip (because of the bad valve seat as you mentioned). ANY used engines around are snatched up and are usually at least $1200. Any blocks sold by themselves without the head probably had the same issue. My block was reusable, but I got rid of it.

Would the 2.0 DOHC Block fit the 2.0 SOHC engine? I would believe so since the cylinder head is mainly whats different correct? If so these are way cheaper and could get my hands on this.

The engines are absolutely two totally different engines, nothing interchanges.
