Post New car opinions?

So the days of an SVT Focus or ST Focus are done due to the arrival of our first son. We will be needing a bigger car. I probably wont ever buy brand new, except for option 1

1. 2013 Ford Fusion
1.6 ecoboost, manual transmission
Pro's - Fuel economy, turbo, brand new, factory customizable, well under 30k
Con's - Low power output, new on the market/no aftermarket yet

2. 2008-09 Pontiac G8 GXP
6.2 V8, manual transmission
Pro's - full size car, great power output, great exhaust note, 25k - 30k
Con's - fuel economy

3. 2004 - 2006 Maserati Quattroporte
4.2 or 4.7 V8, automatic
Pro's - gorgeous!, great power output, great exhaust note, full size car
Con's - prices around 30k - 35k, fuel economy, maintenance?

I wouldn't feel the need to do a whole lot on the 2 V8's except for exhaust cutouts and cams for the G8. The fusion however, would need some tweaking. I would be happy with 250hp, but from a 1.6? That might need some work. What do you all think?
