The car you are referring too with the "offset green stripes" is a friend's. I was just answering your question reference his car.

I don't know how much he paid. I do believe he had them put on by the dealership as part of the deal when he bought his car though.

Yes eibach sportline on 225/40/18 nitto neogens so smaller than stock lowering it more before the wheels it was about 2" lower
My drive ratio was shorted too by the smaller tires but ohh well it looks alot better and i wont rub when i get coils and spacers
