That's what i was thinking, but they weren't lit up in your other pics!

How are the headlight seals holding up?

They're ok, in regular situations I have no condensation buildup. Only get condensation with power washing, either automatic or by hand. So I'll probably leave 'em alone.

Busy weekend!

With help from Paladin, I got new suspension stuff installed. FRPP springs (M-5560-ZXM) and stock SVT dampers (M-18000-ZX3).

Soaking in PB Blaster the night before the install...

Before:

After:

Then on Sunday I decided it was Detail Day. Washed, clayed, buffed, used Dr. Colorchip on the bumpers, then some Griot's speed shine. Used pretty much all Griot's products actually, good stuff! I'll wait for the Dr. Colorchip paint to fully cure before waxing it this weekend.

Buffing results, ooo shiny:

Some before pictures of bumper rash:

Aaaand after:

Overall I'm impressed with the Dr. Colorchip stuff. Very easy application process, and while the results certainly aren't as good as a full repaint, it improved my 20' paint job on my bumper to a 5' paint job, which is what I was after. Certainly better than it was before, and the color match is quite good.

Car is at the shop today getting the rear shocks replaced, we had a helluva time fighting the lower bolts and gave up on them. It needed an alignment anyway so I figured might as well have them finish the shocks. I have yet to really push the car in the corners, so we'll see tonight how she handles! The look and ride is exactly what I was hoping it would be though, virtually no ride degredation over stock. It doesn't look too much lower than stock from the pics, but it definitely is, and it will likely lower a bit more once the springs settle.

Oh, and I should take some pics of the old springs/dampers when I get home, they were naasty, probably all original stuff.

Edit: Hey, this was my 1000th post! Sweet!

Looks great swan. I used a clay bar for the first time a couple weeks ago and couldn't believe the difference it made.

Yeah they must not have had trouble with them since I didn't hear anything about it. Handling and ride are both improved, in most road conditions. I only noticed a bit more bounce over large road imperfections and things like railroad tracks.

Air ride would be sweet, but it's just so expensive... $1400+
